Immigration

Citizenship

Citizenship can be achieved through birth in the U.S. or naturalization. We can assist with the naturalization process for both children and adults to become lawful and permanent residents in the U.S.

Visas
There are several different kinds of visas, and we have successfully assisted many clients with different visa requirements.
Various visas include immigrant visas to live permanently in the U.S., family visas and petitions for immediate family members, spousal visas, and other visitation visas.

Green Cards
A green card allows you to obtain permanent residence and we can help navigate you through the process to ensure that it is completed correctly and accurately.
Different kinds of green card categories include asylum or refugee green cards, employment based green cards, and family based green cards for your immediate relatives.

DACA
DACA was implemented in 2012 providing certain undocumented individuals the opportunity to request a temporary immigration benefit to legally remain in the U.S. for a certain amount of time. However, DACA can be an extremely difficult process to handle by yourself.

Waivers
You may be barred from entering the United States and obtaining legal status if you were unlawfully present in the U.S., engaged in crimes or fraud, were previously deported, or have health-related issues. One way to overcome this hurdle is by applying for a waiver for your inadmissibilities and/or unlawful presence.
